Actively seeking to recruit a self-driven Learning & Development Intern to join a dynamic team on an Internship Program. If you are passionate about Skills Development, possess exceptional administrative skills, good at building and maintaining relationships, this opportunity might just be for you.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

Role Purpose
Provide an effective and efficient administrative and operational assistant function to support the Skills Development Lead and L&D team.

Requirements

  • Experience in dealing with learnerships, Internships and Bursaries
  • Experience in working on BBBEE Tracking system (advantage)
  • Experience in recruitment
  • Experience with tracking and reporting of statistics
  • A natural affinity to administration tasks, and detail orientated
  • Good communication and computer literacy skills
  • Methodical, analytical and deadline driven
  • Able to solve problems and work under pressure

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Exposure to WSP and ATR is highly desirable
  • Support Skills development administration
  • Be client focused (both internal and external)

Qualifications

  • Matric and a tertiary qualification in Human Resources / Learning and Development or suitable qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration or support role
  • Solid knowledge of skills development legislation
