Job Description

  • Prepare monthly reports for sales and financial performance
  • Handle payments to external parties
  • Arrange audit schedules including invoicing
  • Responsible for document control in local level
  • Assist in tasks assigned by Superiors

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree/Higher Diploma or above
  • 2 years or above in clerical work
  • Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team player, detail-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated
  • Knowledge of ISO certification would be an advantage
