Job Description
- Prepare monthly reports for sales and financial performance
- Handle payments to external parties
- Arrange audit schedules including invoicing
- Responsible for document control in local level
- Assist in tasks assigned by Superiors
Qualifications
- Associate Degree/Higher Diploma or above
- 2 years or above in clerical work
- Proficiency in PC skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player, detail-oriented, well-organized and self-motivated
- Knowledge of ISO certification would be an advantage
