Job Description

  • Contact pre-qualified suppliers (lists provided) to convince them to commit to the transparency approach
  • Complete support for suppliers in recording data on the Transparency-One platform and the CRM
  • Customer support in the use of the platform's functionalities
  • Follow up with suppliers to ensure that the information is accurate and completed in a timely manner to ensure onboarding is completed
  • Assistance to Project Managers for the analysis of data collected on the platform and the monitoring of project progress
  • Transfer Supplier information into Sales Force ensuring that all information is correctly entered
  • Present weekly matrix on client onboarding progress

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, Business administration.
  • CRM experience - Salesforce highly preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service
  • Language Skills: English, Highest level of knowledge required
  • Second or third language is a plus: French/Spanish or Chinese
  • Conviction / persuasion (being able to "sell" our solution to suppliers / convincing them to join our program)
  • Customer support / pedagogy (support the supplier so that he communicates his data in the platform)
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced, highly professional environment.
  • Candidates must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar and composition.
