• The primary role of this position is to provide analytical support for the management of the sales pipeline and business development team.
• Sales Analyst is responsible for arranging detailed and industry specific sales reporting, data analysis, CRM reporting, training and setup and other sales-oriented projects as required. The sales analyst creates sales reports for management staff and can use the data from reports to create sales forecasts and strategies.
• The sales analyst analyzes sales performance in light of sales goals and identifies areas of weakness the organization can address to improve sales.
• Create, update and distribute Sales Reports and Dashboards
• Regularly provide sales analytics to Sales Team and Management
• Improve efficiencies in CRM systems and processes with IT
• Manage the sales management process, lead sales review/performance meetings, and workshops
• Measure and communicate Sales KPI’s  individuals and teams accountable for commitments and goals
•  Support Business Development Leadership, submit updates, and report shortfalls/growth
• Assist Marketing initiatives including Campaigns, Tradeshows, advertising, and merchandising

• Degree in Business or related field
• 2+ years of experience with CRM systems
• A solid knowledge base of the sales process and marketing needs in the testing industry
• Organized professional with strong communications skills, written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
