• Receive and review testing orders, SOP’s and instruction before conducting testing.

• Perform tests in a professional and safe manner, ensure that tests are carried out in accordance with testing orders, SOP and clients' instruction and as per division quality procedures
• Keep Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader informed on daily basis or as required about the progress of the testing and report any problems identified when performing tests.
• Prepare accurate and detailed written test reports and pass to the Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader for review.
• All data related to test results should be tracked in proper files (hard copies or electronic files) for easy tracing back if requested
• Strictly follow operation procedure/ guidance when operating equipment, tools in order to maintain smooth operation of the equipment, tools
• Equipment, tools, chemicals and consumables should be kept in good conditions, stored at proper places; immediately report to the Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader all incidents related to equipment, tools, chemicals and consumables.
• Responsible for minor maintenance of laboratory equipment as guidance of suppliers/ supervisors
• Keep testing samples in a proper manner to avoid damage of samples or wrong testing of samples due to wrong identification of samples.
• Comply with QHSE procedure 
• Other duties as requested by the Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader.

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or Engineer’s Degree in Analytical Chemistry and basic knowledge about chromatography and spectroscopy (UV-VIS, HPLC-DAD, HPLC-MS, GC-MS...).
• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a lab technician, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is prefer.
• Working knowledge of general laboratory equipment.
• Mathematics and statistics skills.
• Knowledge of basic lab operations and associated health and safety procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Good level of English is a plus.
