Job Description

  • Review and Approve investigations related to equipment and RND studies
  • Be active back up for review and approval of all other type of OOS and deviation investigations
  • Review and approve CCRs and SOPs for equipment
  • Review and approve stability protocols, reports and CCRs.
  • Review and approve equipment related protocols, and reports
  • Be DMS/TMS site representative and manage all the activities for newly implemented programs
  • Maintain client test methods and specification data bases
  • Secondary Reference Standard COA review
  • Perform internal audits and follow ups for effectiveness.
  • To maintain vendor evaluation program
  • Coordinate with clients and legal for quality agreements, maintain the data base and records
  • Periodic review of Undelete for deleted items
  • Review of area monitoring charts
  • Weekly review of logbook, email raw data to clients
  • Be backup for QA Associate

Qualifications

  • A minimum of a BSc degree (or equivalent) is required. 
  • Over three years of related experience in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Previous experience in a Quality Assurance related role would be preferred. 
  • Must be able to prepare compliant to regulations protocols and reports. 
  • Must be capable to notice any GMP deficiencies in reports 
  • Candidates must be proficient in using various type of computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
