Job Description

  • In conjunction with the business strategy, develop and translate business strategy into pragmatic action plans, execute
  • Organize, motivate and lead the overall sustainability / ESG related portfolio , Establish / Grow with the same
  • Manage and collaborate with the relevant stakeholders  to ensure the required achievement towards set financial performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure profitable growth of Sustainability related / ESG services offering in line with growth global strategy of Knowledge business in India.

  • Develop business plans and strategies to grow new contracts.

  • Network with key players and maintain an understanding of external market developments to ensure SGS becomes the service provider of choice to a greater share of the market.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

  • Map out business / marketing plans for sustainability related / ESG Services and new markets.

  • Manage marketing and promotional activities.

  • Establish competitor analysis and understanding of market share.

  • Train and manage the sales team in meeting sales targets.

  • React upon business opportunities forwarded by Operations and inform them on progress.

Qualifications

Degree in Business Management or in the relevant technical subject

A minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG Services / Sales
