Job Description

  • Responsible for execution of management system audits
  • Ensure compliance with the requirements defined in Global System Procedures and Local Procedures
  • Responsible for audit reports preparation and audit package submission to SGS HK office for review and decision-making process of certification
  • Conduct in-house and public training, including the related training material preparation
  • Work with project teams in supporting to the development and review of some new products’ training and certification assessment
  • Provide technical support to Marketing, Sales Executives and Account Executives, if need arises
  • Assist in tasks assigned by Supervisors / Managers

Qualifications

  • Degree or above with 6 years or above working experience, preferably in quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems with relevant experience in building services engineering / construction / railway is added advantage
  • Capable for audit delivery and execution, as well.
  • Successful completion of lead auditor training in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / other management systems is added advantage
  • Professional qualification such as registered lead auditor of CCAA / HKICA / IRCA for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is added advantage

  • More working and training experience, and professional qualification will be considered as Senior (Associate) Certification Officer
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese, including the written English and Chinese auditing / technical report writing skills

  • Have work experience in management capability involving the exercise of judgment, problem solving and strong communication skills with people is added advantage

  • Have knowledge of production engineering such as construction materials production, and the relevant industry such as product certification of construction materials plants is added advantage

  • Familiar with MS Office and related software
