Job Description

  • Provide the highest quality service to customers in a timely manner to maintain client satisfaction and maximize profit

  • Build and proactively manage trust relationships with customer

  • To plan, organize and follow up on day to day business enquiries

  • To manage, monitor and develop additional business activities of Key Accounts

     

Qualifications

  • Commercial and/or technical diploma/degree in customer care. Experience in related food / chemical field is an advantage.

  • A minimum of 2 years of operational experience in the related chemical field/customer care.

  • Fluent in English and local language, high level of written and verbal in English.
