Job Description

Working as a core member of our Compliance and Integrity business function, you will provide advice and support on integrity risk management to one of our strategic business units. Partnering with business managers and our client's compliance teams, you will perform due diligence exercises and monitor the activity of high-risk parties and individuals. 

More specifically, you will:

  • Perform and lead risk assessments to identify red flags and propose mitigation action in relation to strategic and business operations planning;
  • Advise on the implementation of integrity controls in operational and business processes;
  • Monitor and evaluate internal integrity controls and assists the Business Line in its compliance monitoring activities;
  • Perform periodic field visits to educate on integrity risks and perform preventive testing and audits;
  • Contribute toward the development of our compliance and risk management learning tools and risk matrix; 
  • Lead data analytics initiatives to prevent and mitigate integrity risks and assist in internal investigations.

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level in law, business management, quality management, or similar fields;
  • Background of working within the Hardline, Softline, or Electrical goods areas;
  • Experience working with risk, ethics, integrity and / or compliance beneficial; 
  • Experience in working within a matrix or complicated organization;
  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and an additional language.
