Job Description

  • Responsible for complex clerical and analytical duties involved in benefits processing ( company and statutory eg SSS, HDMF)
  • Coordinate with 3rd party provider on the requirements , issues or concerns raised by the employees
  • Assist in day to day workflow in benefits administration
  • Provide customer service to resolve and close issues raised thru RT system .
  • Provides assistance in processing of documents with Government Agencies  related to new hires, resigned employees and other reportorial requirements by the government
  • Records and keeps track of employees’ claim for medical allowance and amongst others
  • Administer processing of loan applications ( eg  BPI, ETF and all government agencies )
  • Assists  Benefits and Engagement Expert in renewal of certifications and other permits as required by the private and government organizations
  • Attends and resolves issues or requests from employees on a timely manner
  • Perform other administrative and complex tasks related to benefits administration such as assistance in the enrolment and  updating membership of employees to HMO and group life insurance and as requested by the Benefits and Employee Engagement Expert and Compesation and Benefits Manager
  • Prepares and issues certificates of employment , contributions to SSS , HDMF and Philhealth
  • Prepares and create reports required by the management and government-mandated reports
  • Keeps and maintains employees’ records

Qualifications

  • Graduate of either BS Psychology, or any Science or Business course
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated strength in regulatory compliance required.
  • Has strong sense or urgency and sound judgement
  • Has initiative and resourcefulness in meeting objectives.

 

Additional Information

Experience / Technical knowledge

  • Knowledge in implementation of employee benefits policies and its guidelines
  • Knowledge on policies and rulings of SSS, HDMF and Philhealth
  • Prefarebly with extensive knowledge on the Philippine Labor Code and its implementing guidelines
  • Familiarity with the legal aspects of Human Resource Management
  • At least 2-3 years of extensive experience in handling benefits .
  • With good communication skills

Knowleadble  in MS Office particularly in Word, Excel and Outlook Express and powerpoint
