Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, development and quality control.
- Monitor deliverables to ensure they meet scope, financial and timeline objectives.
- Setup Steering Committee and present the project status to the top management.
- Manage the interface with the business and act as a single escalation point.
- Remove any obstacle or blockers to delivery.
Specific Responsibilities
- Coordinate the activities of the software delivery team.
- Assess the individual and collective performance of the team members.
- Liaise with CoEs to review delivery methods, technologies and practices, and improve when applicable.
- Work closely with other teams (infrastructure, support, etc.) to ensure appropriate follow-up and delivery of
- the different tasks
- Help gathering and publishing release documentations to ensure that support teams and customers have
- the latest information on application functionalities and configurations
- Possibly oversee all affiliate implementations, coordinating with the business to resolve conflicting priorities.
- Collate data and information on client’s satisfaction, inquiries, and complaints.
Qualifications
Profile
- High Level Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related subject
- Minimum 5 years experience in Project Management in a high technology or Internet-based software
- development environment.
- Good knowledge of the Agile delivery methodology (SCRUM, Kanban)
- Complete understanding of the Application Lifecycle Management.
- Strong focus on client needs.
- Team oriented
- Good trouble shooting skills is a must.
- Experience in application testing activities is an added advantage.
