• Responsible for Key Account Management on global brands in Consumer Electronics / IoT / Connectivity Devices segment
• Proactively assess new business opportunities and continuously propose quality assurance and sustainability solutions to clients
• Develop and drive the account strategy and plan to deliver revenue target
• Develop trust relationships with key customer stakeholders
• Manage service agreement, tenders, contract renewals etc
• Align and collaborate between key customers and Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Promote total solution of QA and QC to customers

• Degree holder in Engineering / Business / Social Science or relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing / retailer / supply chain / e-commerce preferably in E&E; applicant with less experience may be considered for the role of Key Account Executive
• Strategic thinking and self initiation
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good command of English and Chinese including Cantonese & Mandarin
• Detailed mindset
• Work base in HK with occasional business travel to overseas
