Job Description

  • Support project management activities, capabilities and knowledge management for business solution development.
  • Establish project needs and monitor work-in-progress to ensure final deliverables adhere to requirements;
  • Support the team in implementing projects, particularly through data collection and analysis.
  • Build and foster internal and external stakeholder relationships that brings long-term collaboration.
  • Identify and analyze the strengths and weaknesses of service delivery, and respond to opportunities and threats in the marketing environment;
  • Assess current or future customer and business needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers and cross-functional staffs;
  • Undertake market research to support the North-East Asia team in identifying new lead opportunities;
  • Work with operations and technical teams to oversee implementation and effective project management and to ensure a consistent approach throughout the SGS network.
  • Proven experience in compiling multidisciplinary proposals and reports;
  • Experienced in confidently delivering presentations to a broad range of audiences;

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in any discipline, supply chain management or business related would be preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experiences in project management or database administration in MNC environment;
  • Strong problem-solving skills to tackle ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently and a team player
  • Mature and strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese is a must
