• Receive LAR and SSF and assess the client requirements and methods / specifications revisions
• Investigate SMS, method & Spec database and method transfer, earlier COAs to find any records of the same sample and client
• Assess incoming clients’ method / specifications / Validation against client’s versions
• Issue and retain Validation Protocol / methods / specifications on data base and update it with new version
• Receive the new / revised In-house method and CCR
• Issue the in-house method and update the data base with new /revised in-house method
• Create SOP, develop them and update the database
• Issue SOP 3-year review form, follow up to the relevant management to inquire about the changes 
• Open CCR for SOP and revise SOP upon receiving approval

• A minimum of a BSc degree (or equivalent) is required.
• Over three years of related experience.
• Previous experience in verification / transfer and validation of methods is required.
• Previous experience in a Quality Assurance related role would be preferred.
• Must be able to prepare compliant to regulations protocols and reports.
• Must be capable to notice any GMP deficiencies in reports
• Candidates must be proficient in using various type of computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.).
• Position may include shift work (day and afternoon shifts)
