Job Description

  • Station in client’s office to assist order handling, such as collect test sample, arrange laboratory test, release report to supplier
  • Handle document work in client’s order monitoring system
  • Maintain good business relationship between client and SGS
  • Communicate closely with SGS to tackle questions from client

Qualifications

  • Degree or above in textile/chemistry/relevant field
  • At least 3 years relevant work experience ("Senior" title will be applied for candidate with richer experience)
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
  • Proactive, organized, open-mind and independent attitude 
  • A can-do and follow-through spirit, able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
  • Good problem solving skill
  • Proficient in PC operations
