Job Description
- Station in client’s office to assist order handling, such as collect test sample, arrange laboratory test, release report to supplier
- Handle document work in client’s order monitoring system
- Maintain good business relationship between client and SGS
- Communicate closely with SGS to tackle questions from client
Qualifications
- Degree or above in textile/chemistry/relevant field
- At least 3 years relevant work experience ("Senior" title will be applied for candidate with richer experience)
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin.
- Proactive, organized, open-mind and independent attitude
- A can-do and follow-through spirit, able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure
- Good problem solving skill
- Proficient in PC operations
