• Engage in functional lab operation to ensure the safety, effectiveness & efficiency of the lab.
• Maintain standardized lab testing practices.
• Lead technical development, R&D and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain and enhance the HK technical hub of functional and comfort lab by providing technical support and collaborating with affiliates.
• Provide professional advice & technical support to clients and affiliates.
• Carry out other duties/tasks as required.

• Degree or above in Engineering, Physics, Applied Chemistry, Textile Studies or related discipline
• Mechanical, electricity and coding knowledge is preferred
• Minimum 3 years or above experience in testing field
• Familiar with ISO 17025 and HOKLAS laboratory quality system is preferred
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
• Good management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Capable to use English and Chinese for work
