Job Description

  • Prepare or design project proposals, quotations and agreements for customer
  • Handle client enquiries
  • Interact and communicate with customers on laboratory services (e.g. testing procedures, regulatory requirements, project proposals, job status, preliminary testing result reporting and result interpretation etc.)
  • Maintain good relationship with the customers
  • Communicate with laboratory staff on special sample handling and test requirements etc, to ensure projects proceed in satisfactory manner
  • Assist frontlines and other BUs in the generation of publicity materials
  • Ensure quality & accuracy of his/her work
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks from team leader
  • Subject to business needs, occasional travel to China and overseas may be required

Qualifications

  • High Diploma / Associate Degree or equivalent in Customer Service
  • 3 years or above experience in customer services, testing field
  • Active, responsible, able to work independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Good command of English, Mandarin, Microsoft Skills
  • Project management skill
