Job Description

  • Host the assigned German retailer accounts 
  • Manage the relationship with decision makers in CHK, AP, Germany and elsewhere, if needed
  • Align with the Global KAMs or other colleagues in Europe/ US/ Australia
  • Set up and drive the strategy
  • Be responsible for the accounts’ revenue and growth
  • Meet the agreed targets including the annual growth budget
  • Be responsible for the for the programs set up and implementation
  • Monitor operations performance and manage complaints / claims

Qualifications

  • University degree in any discipline
  • Good command in English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • German speaking candidate is preferred
  • Minimum 5-year experience in key account / sales servicing
  • Relevant experience in Testing, Inspection and Certification industry is a must
  • Overseas exposure is an advantage
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Key Account Manager
