Job Description

Leading and developing of the SGS ESG product, the post-holder will participate in broad-range of projects associated with the development of our ESG services, including product development, sales support, training (both internal and external), delivery project review and execution.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • The opportunity to support and develop the content for different ESG services, particularly when regional and sector specific adaption/customisation is required. 
  • Participating in marketing-led exercises to define and develop regional and/or sector interventions. 
  • Assisting in development and delivery, coaching and leading teams to generate greater self-sufficiency. 
  • Developing and delivering product training to internal colleagues to enable sales and delivery. 
  • Providing technical support to sales teams at both global and local level. 
  • Being part of market led exercises to define and develop regional and sector interventions. 
  • Undertaking technical review of ESG projects in accordance with agreed procedures to ensure a consistent and reliable global approach. 

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Post-graduate degree in sustainability, social, environmental, finance or related discipline. 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in product development delivery related to ESG. 
  • Preferably, experience operating in a trans-national environment. 
  • Offer recognized technical expertise and an established reputation in the local marketplace.
  • Understanding of the policy drivers for Sustainability and ESG Advisory
  • Previous track record of growing and managing a team.
