Job Description

  • Work with operation teams in different affiliates to oversee implementation and effective operation of multiple compliance programs;
  • Provide operation data and analysis to Senior Management as required;
  • Ensure that all local billing order transactions are processed accurately;
  • Responsible to follow the receivables in coordination with the accounts and Sales’ business units;
  • Communicate the audit scheduling / execution date (lead time) to the Sales / KAM team & the clients in a timely & effective manner;
  • Ensure high level of communication with the associate teams to ensure the execution of the required steps to deliver the best client service;
  • Provide appropriate support to Sales / KAM teams by providing them with the required data to enable them achieve their targets;
  • Ensure communicates precisely and accurately with clients / Sales / KAM teams, providing all required support / data to reduce discrepancies and improve revenues in coordination with the sales team.

Qualifications

  • High diploma or above in any discipline ideally in Commerce or Business Administration, and with factory production and accounting experience;
  • At least 3 years of customer service experiences in servicing industries;
  • Mature and strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary;
  • žAbility to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office
