Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES
Responsible for managing the laboratory information management systems (LIMS) to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES
- Overall responsible for managing LIMS & SLIM for S22, Prai and Pasir Gudang Labs and other Labs that will implement LIMS in the future.
- Liaise with IT and Global Supports to ensure LIMS is implemented efficiently in supporting Lab processes and enhance productivity.
- Leading and coordinating for any continuous improvements, LEAN, upgrades and/or customizations related to LIMS.
- Responsible to support, guide and train users for LIMS.
- Responsible to troubleshoot issues related to LIMS.
- Responsible to establish SOP / work instructions for LIMS.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by his/her manager

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Science or related field from recognized university/college.
- Experience in internal audit or relevant analytical laboratory testing activities is an advantage.
- Knowledge in MS ISO/IEC 17025 requirement.
