Job Description
- Handle technical enquiries from customers
- Update and review international cosmetic regulations
- Update and maintain technical service documentation in the system
- Deliver after-sales technical support service to client
- Assist Technical Service Manager to prepare technical proposal
- Assist ad-hoc projects as required
Qualifications
- Degree holder in science or relevant subject
- Minimum 2 years laboratory experience.
- Experience in Cosmetic Industries is a plus
- Experience in microbiological or chemistry laboratory testing is preferred
- Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
