Job Description

  • Handle technical enquiries from customers
  • Update and review international cosmetic regulations
  • Update and maintain technical service documentation in the system
  • Deliver after-sales technical support service to client
  • Assist Technical Service Manager to prepare technical proposal
  • Assist ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in science or relevant subject
  • Minimum 2 years laboratory experience.
  • Experience in Cosmetic Industries is a plus
  • Experience in microbiological or chemistry laboratory testing is preferred
  • Good command of English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
