Job Description

  • Provide comprehensive HR services such as payroll, MPF, taxation, performance management, benefit administration and leave management.  
  • Assist in HR digitalization projects, HRIS enhancement and HR data management
  • Handle staff enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Handle staff issues including but not limited to disputes, disciplinary actions and work injury
  • Prepare regular statistics and analysis reports for management review
  • Participate in cost allocation and staff cost budgeting
  • Support ad-hoc duty assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in sizeable companies
  • Experience in the development and enhancement of HRIS are essential
  • Well-versed knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other HR related legislations
  • Able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time
  • Independent, meticulous and good interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
