You are a Designer with a compelling portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual and design skills. You’ll be comfortable taking the creative lead on a wide variety of projects, from conception to completion whilst collaborating with the wider team to create and deliver work across multiple platforms that are not only creatively and conceptually strong but that align with strategy, are on-brand and effective across all channels.

You Will:

• Create innovative and compelling designs;  
• Effectively determine the requirements from briefs;
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements;  
• Prepare drafts and present ideas;  
• Work with copywriters and stakeholders to produce final designs; 
• Produce designs across various media; 
• Amend designs according to feedback;
• Ensure graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

• Degree-level education with a background of working in a creative agency; 
• Expert using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat); 
• An understanding of motion design – using After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalentt;
• Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite;
• Conceptually focused with an ability to consider every option when presenting ideas and information;
• Ability to adapt to various visual identity systems and a desire to help others understand important, complex topics;
• Awareness of the changing trends and innovations within the design and digital community.

This position will be based in Bristol. We offer remote and flexible working.
