Job Description

Working as part of a start-up team that is developing a new online service as part of a digital transformation project, you will research and analyze customer needs and help us to use that information to develop a platform that promotes eCommerce excellence.

More specifically, you will:

  • Develop research and testing strategies, lead on research documentation and logistics;
  • Execute on user research tactics and methods to design tests that validate or invalidate hypotheses;
  • Conduct research synthesis and translate observations into findings;
  • Write interview scripts to match the testing strategy;
  • Create hand-drawn storyboards;
  • Work with designers on low-to-high resolution designs for testing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably within a research or design-focused position; 
  • Familiarity with applying and designing open-ended customer research, as well as various forms of stimulus-based research; 
  • Demonstrated experience applying customer research methods in service of conceiving, validating, and building a product;
  • Preferably educated to degree level in Human Computer Interaction, Anthropology, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Cognitive Psychology or equivalent.

Additional Information

This position will be based remotely in Europe.
