You will be involved in comprehensive assistance with end-to-end recruitment across a number of different industries - coordinate job advertising, candidate screening, medicals, interviews, reference checks and all contract generation

You will assist with the management of the generic Human Resources email inbox and coordinate employee letters upon request whilst providing other administrative support to the wider Human Resources team. 

Qualifications

Previous experience in fast paced end-to-end recruitment is advantageous 

Qualification in Human Resources (or working towards one) 

  • High attention to detail – contract generation spans 10+ different Modern Awards with detailed requirements.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively – recruitment environment is high pressure with quick turnarounds on multiple roles to coordinate at once.
  • Requires an ability to communicate with people at all levels of an organisation. 
  • Continuous improvement mindset is important – ensure the teams processes and systems are efficient and effective
