• Be responsible for, and provide leadership to the sample preparation team 
• Ensure KPIs of the team are met and results are delivered on time
• Take responsibility for expediting urgent samples, assigning work and checking progress of team 
• Actively participate in the analysis of soil, water and air samples. 
• Provide support to the Sample Log-in operations and ensure timely services are provided.
• Troubleshoot sample issues, assist with internal audits, calibrate equipment 

At this time the role is rostered for an afternoon shift (2pm to 10pm) to accomodate COVID-19 requirements.

• Qualifications in Science (or relevant experience)
• Relevant experience in Environmental soil, water and air testing and analysis 
• Demonstrated ability to provide strong leadership to the team 
• Ability to maintain operations in soil sampling
