Job Description

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answering and directing all incoming calls
  • Meeting and greeting visitors, contractors and clients
  • Coordinating contractors for building/site repairs and scheduled maintenance.
  • Managing boardroom diaries and scheduling meeting requests, conferences and video conferences
  • Raising purchase orders as required through Oracle iProcurement and receipt invoices.
  • Managing and issuing site access to SGS employee’s, contractors, clients and visitors.
  • Providing support to operational functions in relation to site security and access control systems.
  • Administrator and support for Time Target (Time and Attendance system) and Payroll for EHS.
  • Providing support to various businesses with archiving, customer service and other admin duties. 

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position in a professional environment.
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Working knowledge of Word, PPT, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • A strong customer focus with the ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to arrange and follow up facilities contractors.
