Job Description

  • Be responsible for the P&L in Kazakhstan
  • Maintain and develop the primary business relationship with domestic and international clients
  • Ownership of key clients
  • Decide, select and lead the team in the area of responsibility. Be responsible for all staff decisions within Kazakhstan team
  • Achieve service excellence via optimization and best practice implementation
  • Contract negotiation and establishing service agreements with customers
  • Actively promote the image, capability and integrity of the company to the customers
  • Deliver and own CAPEX requests to ensure we have best in class facilities and fit for purpose equipment allowing us to drive growth and improve LC
  • Put in place and drive a Health and Safety culture that meets SGS Corporate requirements and all applicable local legislation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree as minimum
  • 5+ experience in business development
  • 5+ experience of managing experience in a western company
  • Existing customer/partner base and networking
  • Fluent English as a must
  • Business and profit minded
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Proactiveness and out-of-box thinking abilities
  • Ethical conduct
  • Strong time management skills
  • Readiness to up to 50% business trips
