> The Associate- Accounting is responsible for the entire Accounting process and all related activities except the review and masters all aspects of client accounting.
> The CA1 communicates with clients on a day/day basis concerning ongoing work.
> The CA1 escalates or asks for help whenever in doubt. The CA1 knows when to do so without being disruptive. Every escalation / asking for help moment is to be considered a training moment.
> OTIF is a key deliverable for the entire delivery functions. The CA1 is responsible for maintaining the status of all work as per client requirements reporting to the Principal in the event that any tasks cannot be executed as scheduled.
> Quality is a sine qua non for all work that is to be submitted to clients. The CA1 is responsible for ensuring that work that is submitted to clients contains no defects. All work the CA1 produces is reviewed by a senior team member.
> The CA1 is responsible for becoming a fully qualified Accounting as quickly as possible.
> The CA1 is responsible for tracking progress of his/her PDP (personal development and training plan). Any disruption or anything else which may cause delay or suboptimal effectiveness of the CA1 in performing his/her job and career development is to be flagged immediately to the Principal.
> Degree holder or partly qualified ACA/ACCA
> 2 to 3 years of experience
> Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
