Job Description

  • Drafting of corporate offers

  • Drafting of companies acceptance notes excluding “executive summary”

  • Assistance to the Client Directors in relation to the conversion of prospects into clients including correspondence, collection of KYC documents, collection of signatures, sending of invoices, agreements and follow up of the suspensive approvals with the Client Directors.

  • Indexation of documents scanned and archiving/filing

  • Delivery of the accepted files to the delivery teams

  • Input, update and maintenance of the clients and prospects data in ANTRANCE and in KYC MANAGER


  • Previous experience as administrative assistant and good education

  • Previous experience in a similar environment

  • Understanding of the entities administered

  • Good organization skills

  • Good interpersonal skills

  • French must be fluent; good knowledge of English is required

  • Knowledge of KYC requirements in the domiciliation industry is an asset

  • Proactive attitude

  • Autonomous
