Qualifications

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, sales management, or business development roles
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets in competitive markets
  • Strong strategic planning and business acumen with the ability to analyze complex commercial scenarios
  • Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, financial analysis, and budget optimization
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
  • Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams
  • Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and commercial software platforms
  • Strong data analytics capabilities and comfort with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of digital transformation and emerging commercial technologies (preferred)
  • Experience in market analysis and competitive positioning (preferred)
