**Responsibilities:**

- Partner with cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, and product development to deliver outstanding commercial outcomes
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and commercial progress to senior leadership with clarity and flair
- Spot opportunities to streamline processes and implement digital solutions that enhance our commercial operations and customer experience
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with major clients and stakeholders—building the connections that fuel long-term growth
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping informed of industry developments and emerging market opportunities that give us the competitive edge
Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, sales management, or business development roles
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving commercial targets in competitive markets
- Strong strategic planning and business acumen with the ability to analyze complex commercial scenarios
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, financial analysis, and budget optimization
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Experience leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams
- Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and commercial software platforms
- Strong data analytics capabilities and comfort with performance metrics and KPIs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of digital transformation and emerging commercial technologies (preferred)
- Experience in market analysis and competitive positioning (preferred)
