About the role
Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Innovation Manager, you will join SEEK's Commercial Growth – Adjacent Revenue team within the Pay-Per-Hire business. You are a delivery-first operator: you own end-to-end hiring outcomes on complex, high-impact roles, meet clear SLAs for hirer and candidate communication, and follow process with the discipline needed to make our experiments trustworthy. On top of delivering great results, you will act as an innovation engine — stress-testing AI tools, running structured experiments on recruiter process flows and feeding structured insights back to product and growth teams for further refinement, automation or improvement. As the go-to person in your pod, you will mentor and coach Recruitment Innovation Specialists, lifting capability across intake calls, sourcing strategies and AI-enabled workflows. This is a hands-on individual contributor role (no direct reports) with high ownership and clear KPIs across delivery quality, process compliance and SLA adherence.

- Proactively reach out to hirers and candidates within agreed timeframes, providing timely updates and resolving issues early to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience
- Follow all process steps with precision — accurate recordkeeping, disciplined test-and-control compliance and clean data are non-negotiable KPIs that make our experiments reliable
- Run structured experiments on recruiter process flows — document what you try, capture what you learn and share clear, actionable insights with product and growth teams for further refinement or automation
- Lead or co-lead innovation initiatives in collaboration with product, growth and operations, helping distinguish good ideas from scalable solutions
- Coach and mentor Recruitment Innovation Specialists, supporting onboarding, skill development and adoption of new tools and workflows
- Contribute to scalable playbooks by documenting best practices, refining standard operating procedures and helping others navigate change
