About the role
The Graduate Project Specialist is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of SEEK's graduate programs across the Technology division in Asia. This role ensures operational excellence in program delivery while supporting initiatives that enhance the graduate experience and strengthen SEEK's position as a preferred destination for emerging technology talent.
The key objectives of the role are to support:
- Coordination and delivery of graduate program initiatives including recruitment, onboarding, learning pathways, and career development activities
- Operational excellence in graduate program logistics, ensuring seamless experiences across all touchpoints
- Building and maintaining relationships with universities, career services, and other key stakeholders in graduate talent acquisition
- Supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting on graduate program effectiveness and outcomes
- Executing region-specific program adaptations while maintaining program consistency and quality standards
- Creating and maintaining resources, processes, and communications that support graduate success
Reporting into the APAC Graduate Program Lead, this role serves as an individual contributor with responsibility for day-to-day program coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BAU graduate program activities, gather metrics and report on program effectiveness, supported by the APAC Graduate Program Lead
- Support graduate recruitment initiatives including career fairs, university partnerships, and assessment processes
- Coordinate graduate onboarding experiences, learning pathways, and development activities across multiple cohorts
- Maintain relationships with university career services, student societies, and other key stakeholders in graduate recruitment
- Support the creation and maintenance of graduate program resources, communications, and documentation
- Coordinate graduate program events, workshops, and networking activities that enhance the graduate experience
- Implement and maintain feedback mechanisms from graduates, managers, and stakeholders to drive continuous program improvement
- Track and report metrics that demonstrate program success including recruitment, retention, engagement, and career progression outcomes
- Support region-specific program delivery approaches while ensuring alignment with APAC graduate program strategy
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Competencies
- Project coordination knowledge including planning, executing and supporting multi-faceted programs with demonstrated skills in communication, stakeholder management, measurement and process improvement
- Sound communication skills and relationship building capabilities; able to work effectively with graduates, universities, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
- Ability to coordinate activities and collaborate with stakeholders across regions to achieve consistent program outcomes
- Experience gathering, analysing, and reporting on program metrics and participant feedback
- Passionate about early career development, education, and creating positive learning experiences
- Growth mindset and willingness to adapt approaches based on program feedback and changing needs
Desired Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience coordinating and supporting programs or initiatives in an educational, HR, or technology environment
- Experience working with university career services, student recruitment, or graduate program delivery
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and evolving program requirements
- Ability to inspire and support graduate participants through effective program coordination and communication
- Ability to handle multiple program workstreams independently while exercising sound judgement in problem solving
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Self-awareness and understanding of how coordination activities impact graduate experience and program success
