About Growth
The SEEK Pass Growth function is responsible for accelerating adoption, value and growth by increasing awareness and usage of both SEEK Pass and verified credentials on SEEK. The function focuses on expanding credential range and adoption in each country through local partnerships, integrations, insights and marketing, building a strong ecosystem of HR integration partners to grow usage, value and revenue, while developing the capabilities needed to scale SEEK Pass. In practice, this spans marketing, country growth, government and vendor engagement, ecosystem integrations, and risk and accreditation.
Job Description
The Role
The Integration Lead is a newly created role within the SEEK Pass Growth function, responsible for leading the successful delivery of strategic partner integrations from scoping through to launch and stabilisation. Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager (Ecosystem), this role combines delivery leadership, partner engagement, technical coordination and operating model design, and is accountable for ensuring integrations are delivered in a way that is high-quality, predictable and scalable.
This role will work closely with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders, including the SEEK Pass Growth team, SEEK Pass squads, SEEK sales and partnerships teams and external partners, to ensure integration opportunities are well scoped, effectively delivered and set up to create value for partners and SEEK Pass over time. Integrations are a core path to ecosystem growth, partner value and product adoption, and as demand increases, this role will help create the repeatable practices, delivery confidence and operational discipline needed to scale.
As the first role of its kind in the team, it requires a capable, commercially aware, technically astute and systems-oriented operator who can move between strategy and hands on delivery, lead complex implementation work, remove barriers to progress, and build stronger, scalable systems and ways of working that support ongoing ecosystem growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of ecosystem partner integrations from discovery and scoping through to launch, stabilisation and early optimisation.
- Act as the primary integration lead for strategic ecosystem partners, providing clear ownership, coordination and confidence across the implementation lifecycle.
- Lead integration scoping, solution planning, milestones, dependencies and readiness activities, ensuring each initiative is set up for high-quality, predictable and scalable delivery.
- Translate partner needs, technical requirements and commercial context into clear implementation plans that align partner value, product capability and delivery feasibility.
- Work closely with partners and internal stakeholders across Growth, SEEK Pass squads and other relevant SEEK teams to align priorities, remove friction and maintain progress across concurrent integration initiatives.
- Drive testing, issue management, launch readiness and release coordination to ensure integrations go live smoothly and are supported effectively through stabilisation.
- Identify and manage delivery risks, trade-offs and escalation paths, and proactively resolve blockers that may impact timelines, quality, integration performance or partner outcomes.
- Establish clear visibility of the integration pipeline, implementation status, risks, performance, effectiveness and priority actions through strong reporting, tracking and operating rhythms.
- Monitor integration performance after launch, including adoption, operational effectiveness and delivery issues, and work with partners and internal teams to improve outcomes over time.
- Build and improve scalable integration frameworks, templates, governance processes and delivery rhythms that improve consistency, speed and quality as integration activity grows.
- Capture learnings from each implementation and convert them into reusable tools, standards and practices that strengthen future delivery and reduce repeat issues.
- Collaborate with the Senior Growth Manager (Ecosystem), SEEK Pass squads and other stakeholders to shape the roadmap for integration capability uplift, including where process, tooling, product or operating model changes are needed.
- Contribute to the development of a broader integration operating model, including systems, standards and feedback loops that help SEEK Pass scale its ecosystem partnerships more effectively over time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading complex integrations on large-scale projects with strong technical and commercial outcomes
- Technical fluency in API integrations and implementation management combined with business acumen to navigate partner journeys
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, orchestrating delivery across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management with ability to engage both technical teams and commercial decision-makers
- Comfortable operating in high ambiguity startup environments while building structure and scalable processes
- Experience in platform ecosystems, B2B technology partnerships or API-enabled products is essential
Desirable but not required
- Experience scaling integration or partnership functions.
- Familiarity with API-enabled products or platform ecosystems.
- Domain knowledge in identity, verification or credentialling.
- Experience in marketplaces, SaaS or B2B technology.
- Exposure to release management or implementation governance.
- Experience in start-ups, scale-ups or newly created functions.
