Job Overview
Join SEEK's People & Culture team as a Business Analyst and play a key role in delivering a complex, multi-country HCM payroll migration over a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will be the critical link between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors — ensuring requirements are captured, processes are mapped, and the new payroll system is delivered with precision and care. Reporting into the Senior Payroll Project Manager, you will analyse current-state payroll processes across multiple Asian markets, drive requirements gathering, and support testing and change management activities from end to end. You will bring analytical rigour and strong communication skills to ensure every workstream moves forward with clarity and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct current-state analysis of payroll processes across multiple Asian markets and identify gaps and improvement opportunities
- Facilitate workshops with local market teams to gather and document functional and technical requirements
- Develop detailed functional specifications and process maps to support system design and configuration
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals
- Develop and execute test plans to validate the payroll system’s functionality, including unit, integration, parallel and user acceptance testing.
- Support payroll data migration planning, mapping, and coordinate user acceptance testing. Identify and resolve any issues or defects that arise during the implementation process, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements, test plans, and training materials
- Assist in change management activities, including communications, training support, and stakeholder transition planning

So, what we are looking for:
- Proven business analysis experience in systems implementation, preferably in HR, payroll, or HCM environments
