Job Description
Key Account Manager puts you at the heart of strategic account management, where you'll own a portfolio of key accounts and drive their success through data-driven solutions. You will analyze customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and design tailored sourcing solutions that deliver measurable results. Your work will involve building relationships with senior decision-makers and crafting account plans that deepen partnerships and expand revenue. Success in this role means growing your account portfolio, increasing customer retention, and consistently exceeding sales targets through strategic upselling and cross-selling. You will collaborate with teams across departments to develop customer programs that solve complex challenges and drive long-term value.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts through strategic planning
Analyze customer needs using data-driven methods and propose effective solutions
Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities across products
Build relationships with senior management and key decision-makers
Design account plans that drive business retention and expansion
Ensure customer success and ROI through tailored engagement strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer programs
Qualifications
At least 2 years in B2B sales or key account management, preferably digital/e-commerce
Business degree or equivalent qualification
Proven track record managing key accounts at regional or national level
Experience developing new revenue streams and growing accounts
Strong analytical skills with ability to derive insights from market data
Experience facilitating customer workshops and presenting proposals to audiences
