Strategic Vision Meets Technical Expertise You possess strong knowledge of data management landscapes, tools, and best practices while having the ability to apply AI techniques to achieve data management outcomes. You can understand SEEK's strategic priorities and identify implications for data and AI, and you're experienced in collaborating effectively with technical, data, and AI leaders.

Influential Change Agent You're seen as a thought leader in Data Enablement with exceptional ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change. You excel at forming connections with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and have the willingness to engage in robust debate and productive conflict.

Technical Architecture Understanding You can understand SEEK's technical ambitions and architecture, collaborating effectively with technical, data, and AI leaders. You're pragmatic in making trade-offs to move forward while maintaining focus on achieving great outcomes for customers and SEEK.
