Job Description

Key Objective of Role

We are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Consultant to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge. In this role, you should be passionate about helping people learn and grow their career with us. Excellent interpersonal skills are critical. If you also have experience crafting courses and managing budgets, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our company succeed by developing its people capabilities.

Responsibilities

1.Talent management

  • Responsible to work with country HR Managers and Regional HR Business Partners in the consolidation, analysis and management the talent database for reporting and analysis
  • Manage talent review; working with leaders and HRBPs on data input, facilitating discussions, identifying common needs and implement interventions to close talent pipeline gaps
  • Facilitate talent discussions
  • Support and ensure follow through of talent development actions
  • Partner APAC team in crafting and managing leadership/talent programs

2. Career management

  • Design, run and manage initiatives to enhance career experience at SEEK
  • Track and report career mobility data
  • Develop resources and tools to aid career management
  • Design and conduct career development related workshops for people leaders and employees

3. Employee Engagement

  • Set up Engagement survey including employee data load and reporting structure
  • Design survey questions and reporting format
  • Project manage the survey implementation, including data and survey question
  • Analyse and drafting of bi-annual Employee Engagement Survey report
  • Consult leaders on understanding and strategizing ways to improve employee engagement

Qualifications

Skills, Experience and Competencies

  • Strong data analysis, stakeholder presentations and reporting skills
  • Experienced in designing and managing leadership, career management, culture related programs
  • Experienced in project management
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • English command (both written and spoken)
  • Possesses the ability to establish and interact with senior stakeholders
  • Experienced in program design and delivery will be an advantage
  • 5-8 years of related work experience
