Job Description

  • Develop and maintain existing corporate accounts and provide high quality servicing to existing hirers
  • Analyse the customer’s needs through data driven methods and structured planning sessions, and then propose the most effective solutions
  • Develop sales strategies to grow existing revenue & upsell other JobStreet.com services
  • Design and implement the account plan to build deeper relationships and grow sales
  • Design engagements and build relationships with top management/ decision makers of each key customer through conducting sales presentations, account reviews and provide total consultancy to hirers on all products and service offerings
  • Identify target accounts and hirers’ needs, propose solutions and devise strategies to overcome competitive obstacles
  • To support company new product rollout/adoptions by proactively engaging, communicating and implementing the rollout/ adoption to all the hirers
  • Other duties encouraged include accurate sales reporting, achieving monthly sales targets and handling collections.
  • Focus on ensuring customer’s success and return on investment to drive business retention and expansion
  • Work with relevant stakeholders across departments to develop action plans or customer programs whenever required

Qualifications

  • 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales and key account management
  • Proven track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts on a regional or national level
  • Ability to build relationships with senior managers and decision makers
  • Ability to engage and communicate optimally with customers at all levels
  • Ability to develop good quality proposals and present to a large audience
  • Ability to facilitate customer solutions workshops or similar sessions
  • Experience in simple program/ project management
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data
  • Must have strong presentation skills that appeals to audience emotionally
