Job Description

Reporting to the CHRO of Asia, the Regional Head of HR Operations, Asia will lead and drive an efficient and effective HR Operations and HRIS function that delivers modernized, relevant, cost effective and consistent HR services to the businesses across SEEK Asia. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of HR services covering the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, compliance, employee experience and 3rd party contractors management. In addition, you and your team will provide consultation to employees and managers on topics that cover the full breadth of HR. You will lead HR Services change projects to ensure effective regional implementation and drive communication to relevant stakeholders. You will be responsible for the management, development and deployment of team members to ensure that performance targets and objectives of the team are achieved, in line with the regional metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to enhance the people services and deliver solutions to provide the best possible employee experience
  • Lead a team and provide best in class solutions in the HR Operations space.
  • Support and manage HR service delivery in all countries in the Region.
  • Ensure statutory compliance related to employment in the markets we operate.
  • Support and manage the HR components of the Financial budgeting process.
  • Address audit and other queries as required.
  • Provide insights on HR trends and report findings to the Management.
  • Implementation of any new or enhanced HR technology solutions and manage changes.
  • Track emerging digital solutions and trends and propose relevant technology for adoption.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of SEEK Asia People Metrics and other ad hoc reporting requirements.
  • Drive the development and roll out of local and central HR data analytics and dashboards with real-time reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvements for contemporary delivery of HR services.
  • Support HR COEs and Business Partners to address challenges in people agenda.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in business studies, human resources or equivalent.
  • Over 10 years’ experience in managing HR Operations in a large multi country corporate organization
  • Must have implemented or managed HRIS and/ or payroll systems.
  • HR Analytics on established platform (e.g. Workday, PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors) is desired.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office especially Excel (Advanced).
  • Attention to details and data accuracy
  • A self-starter and hands-on in managing data with proven ability to deliver analysis to support business decisions.
  • Strong work ethic and a team player.
  • Strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills with the ability to establish credibility/ rapport with stakeholders.
  • Organizational, multi-tasking with prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environments and perform under pressure
