Job Description

The Team

You will be part of a passionate cross functional Native Apps team working directly with the Head of Product and engaging daily with Engineering, Design, Analytics Marketing in the delivery of value to candidates.

This team supports business wide initiatives, so you will regularly collaborate with other Jora product teams.

About the role

The Senior Product Manager – Candidate Mobile Apps is part of the Discovery Experience domain of Jora. The role includes the definition and delivery of the product roadmap for candidate native apps across Jora and Jobstreet Express markets globally.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver a roadmap of initiatives focused on growing adopting and engagement with Candidate Native apps.
  • You will manage and drive the product deliverables (e.g., product requirements, UX designs, research, user testing) and work collaboratively within the development team to ensure smooth delivery of initiatives to market.
  • Key areas of focus are:
    • Problem Identification and Definition
    • Product Discovery and Delivery
    • Roadmap Development and Prioritisation
    • Competitor and Peer Analysis
    • Product Performance Measurement and Reporting
    • Stakeholder Engagement and Management

Qualifications

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Track record of defining and delivering roadmaps for mobile apps.
  • Focus on understanding key metrics and drivers to advise decision making, and ability to conduct analysis.
  • Customer centric – use customer feedback and forums to help understand underlying customer needs.
  • High level of comfort around ambiguity, with a mentality of test and learn, driven by data.
  • Ability to solve sophisticated and detailed problems using an analytical and data driven approach.
  • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills – with customer, commercial, and technical trade-offs … often with limited information.
  • Highly developed communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organisation.
  • Build and maintain solid working relationships across product and delivery, Sales, Marketing and Strategy, as well as with clients and users.
  • Passionate about SEEK and making a difference to our customers.
