Job Description

  • Oversee Riyadh's office by serving the company’s and client needs.
  • Write a report on a daily basis to the direct manager about the space and engaged visitors.
  • Ensure all standards and safety are implemented in during working hours.
  • Serve and represent the company to the best highest standards and ensure professionalism when interacting with clients and colleague. 
  • Coordinate, monitor & manage bookings for the co-working space, training space, catering and anything related.
  • Plans and coordinates a variety of programs and activities; responsible for company publicity; promotes the company functions.
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
  • Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness.
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Community manager.
  • Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists.
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends.
  • Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities.
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of community engagement.
  • Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions.
  • Manage communications through in person, by phone, media relations, social media etc.
  • Help build positive relations within the team and external parties.
  • Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda.
  • Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (classroom setup, video conferencing, presentations, camera setup, taking pictures and short videos on the camera and by phone for social media purposes, etc.)
  • Ensure hospitality (welcoming, greeting and catering) for the participants.
  • Prepare paperwork and order material.
  • Ensure attendance sheet is used by all participants every day in the program and keep track of attendance hours.
  • Support growth and program development.
  • Assist in the updating of project files, plans, budgets, and policies.
  • Coordinate data collected from the programs.
  • Represent the company on internal and external committees/organizations.
  • Support the team as needed, when needed.
  • Attend meeting representing the company.
  • Develop contracts and terms of agreement for contract users.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related major.
  • +One Year Experience or fresh graduate
