A Production Test Technician is an engineering aide and is responsible for performing test procedures that will validate customer specifications and determine if a product is suitable for delivery.  They are expected to interact in detail with Production Test Engineers and in some instances, with Program Management, Design Engineers, and Software Engineers. Prefer TVAC, electronic test equipment familiarity and Thermal Chamber experience. Our environmental lab runs 24/7. Holiday work may be required to meet SEAKR’s operating needs. 

Must have at least 2 years of production test experience and a High School Diploma or GED. An Associate's degree is preferred.

Compensation: Base pay range is $23-28/hour depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA.

This is a first shift position 6am to 6pm.
