Job Description

We are seeking an Human Resource Generalist who is driven, proactive and eager to contribute in this role.  You will work alongside the rest of the team to strategically align Human Resources with organizational objectives. This individual will provide a wide range of HR support and advice to all levels of management. The Generalist will ensure fair, legal and consistent application of SEAKR policies, procedures and practices and will be able to properly identify, report, investigate and resolve employee relations issues. Duties include: market and trend analysis, employee relations, performance management, and employment law compliance. The candidate will work with the HR Manager to: improve processes, create/change policies, as well as recommend engagement and retention strategies.

Qualifications

This person must be proficient in MS excel and have strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Experience with Paycom is a plus.

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience and a PHR or SPHR certification.

A bachelor’s degree is required, with an emphasis in HR desired.

Additional Information

Compensation: Base salary range is $80,000-110,000 depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA.

This role will be hybrid with approximately 2 days per week in office once training is completed.
