Job Duties:

·      The Pharmacy Director is responsible for the planning, development, and operation of all activities within the pharmacy.
·      Creates and sustains a culture of continuous improvement in quality, patient safety, and pharmacy operations.
·      Manages the department ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws.
·      Provides supervision for other pharmacists and pharmacy technicians; also serves as a working pharmacist for the facility.

• 3-5 years of pharmacy leadership experience.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• Pharm D.
• Current WA State Pharmacist license required.
