Your Role in Our Journey
As the Head of PMO & Organizational Transformation, you will be more than just a leader; you will be the architect of selected strategic initiatives. Your mission is to integrate Agile, Lean, and Change Management methodologies into our operations, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our ambitious goals. Additionally, you will be a key member of the Business Excellence leadership group, working closely with directors on both a strategic and tactical level.
Your leadership will be instrumental in aligning our project management practices with the dynamic needs of our customers. You will lead a team of 15 dedicated professionals (specialist in the fields of PMO, OI, Lean and Agile), guiding them through the complexities of large-scale projects and transformative change.
By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, you will help SDC remain a trusted partner for banks throughout the Nordic region.
What’s Waiting for You:
Enhancing SDC’s Agility:
Mature SDCs Agile way of working across the organization by defining the guardrails that will guide our journey towards greater agility.
Once the foundation is set, lead the recruitment of two Agile coaches who will work under your guidance to continuously improve Agile practices across various teams and departments trough training and coaching.
Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure Agile principles are consistently applied, facilitating knowledge exchange, training, and ongoing support to foster a culture of agility throughout the organization.
Strengthening Partnerships:
Develop and implement a framework that strengthens partnerships and aligns with our strategic objectives. Communicate this framework effectively across teams to ensure widespread adoption and understanding.
Proactive Strategic Portfolio Management:
Oversee the management of our project portfolio, ensuring that we limit active "A" projects to maintain focus and efficiency.
Restructure the Portfolio Board for better strategic oversight and decision-making.
Implement a Fast Track model for straightforward projects and refine tools and processes for seamless transitions to operations.
Leadership & Team Development:
Mentor and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that our teams are equipped to handle the challenges of tomorrow.
Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a leader with a proven track record in PMO management and organizational transformation. You have at least five years of experience in leading a PMO, ideally within the IT or consultancy sectors. Your expertise in Agile and Lean methodologies, combined with a deep understanding of change management, will be essential as you guide our teams through this exciting period of growth.
You are a strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels and driving alignment across the organization. You have a passion for developing high-performing teams and a commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
