You will be supporting one of the biggest office supply chain stores specialized in selling supplies, office machines, promotional products, furniture, technology, and business services both in stores and online. The company has over 2,000 stores worldwide in 26 countries 

Main Duties :

• Dealing with customer's queries providing effective and useful support
• Giving advice to customers on current discounts/promotions
• Keeping customers’ level of satisfaction high by meeting their expectations.
